General Guest Services PolicyOur business relationship is one-on-one and direct with each guest. There are no third parties involved and adding to the cost of business. Our Specific ResponsibilitiesThe Garça Branca will make every effort to provide you with a safe and enjoyable Goan holiday from the time we pick you up to the time you leave Goa. However each guest is solely responsible for their own vacation planning and arrangements, including all Passports, Visas, Health prerequisites, Consular directives, Travel to and from Goa, Holiday, Travel & Medical Insurances, Customs and/or Immigration regulations. Our focus is to provide each guest with exceptional customer service and their choice of our 3 All Inclusive packages or to personalize our standard accommodations, which include breakfast, by selecting services from our a-la-carte menu. Accommodation, Occupancy & Check-out PoliciesAccording to international practice, you can take possession of your accommodation after 3 PM prior to the first night booked and vacate the same by 12 noon of the day following the last night booked. Tipping & Gratuities PolicyAs with most countries, tipping is normal and up to 12% of your bill is the right amount. Our practice is that all staff share in the tips-pool. Concierge Services PolicyOur staff can offer assistance to our guests when making local arrangements for sightseeing or tours. Dress Code, Smoking and Drug PoliciesNo smoking or drugs are permitted anywhere inside The Garça Branca. Each guest is free to dress for their comfort within their suite, but a general casual dress code is in effect in all public access or common areas. Food Take Out PolicyWith the exception of finger foods and The Garça Branca transport, all services are for internal consumption on the premises of The Garça Branca only. This is a requirement of the class of ‘business permit’ and must be adhered to without exception. General Behaviour PolicyThe Garça Branca reserves the right, at any time, to end the stay of any guest, if the behaviour of that guest or that of any member of his/her party is likely, in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, danger to, or annoy our other guests, employees or anyone else. In the event of a terminated stay, The Garça Branca will not refund any pre-paid fees or be liable for any fees incurred by the guest or his/her party to find alternative accommodations, transportation or meals. Trip, Vacation Interruption and Travel Health Insurance PoliciesIt is highly recommended, and the sole responsibility of each guest of The Garça Branca, to obtain an appropriate level of trip and health insurance PRIOR to traveling to India. Cancellation PolicyCancellation by The Garça BrancaIf we cancel, you will receive a full refund of monies you have paid us. Cancellation by GuestIf you want to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed by The Garça Branca, we will require a cancelation request in writing from the person that made the original booking request. As per our policy, The Garça Branca will charge a cancellation fee on the scale shown below. These charges reflect our estimated loss as a result of dealing with your booking to the point of cancellation and any other losses we may have to incur.
You may have recourse under your Holiday Insurance Policy if your reasons fall within the conditions of the policy. Payment Schedule & AmountsPayments may be made by Secure PayPal Transaction only.
