All Inclusive Packages

To make your stay more care-free and relaxing, and as an alternative to our itemized Rate Card, we have created a few all-inclusive packages covering, transfers to/from airport, accommodation, meals, beverages, tours and transport and a variety of services.

We provide these packages in either 3, 4 or 5 night stays subject to the terms of our Accommodation and Cancellation & Refund Policies.

Available Packages

All Packages Include the following features and services:

• Accommodation for 3nights/4days, 4nights/5 days or 5nights/6days in a Deluxe 4-roomed Suite [view room photo].
• Transfers from/to Airport or Train Station – free.
• Refreshing “Goan” welcome drink on arrival at premises.
• Bottle of Goan red-wine in the room on arrival – complimentary.
• Well appointed, A/C bed-room, with entertainment center, safe, free mini-bar.
• Micro-wave oven, only for heating of snacks. (No cooking permitted in rooms).
• Tea/Coffee maker, with powders, milk and sugar – free.
• Access to the office Internet – Free.
• Buffet “Goan cuisine” meals for breakfast and dinner.
• 1 Cultural Tour of your choice:
  • A tour of a Spice Farm – including transport and buffet lunch, free - OR
  • A day at the Colva or Benaulim Beach – including transport and lunch, free - OR
  • A luncheon cruise on the Mandovi River but transport is extra.
• Swimming pool, gym, pool-table.
• Inclusive of taxes, if any.
